We’re looking for an AI-Powered UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of experience to design intuitive, accessible, and AI-enhanced digital experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to take products from discovery through design, prototyping, and developer handoff, leveraging AI throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery, ideation, and user flows to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and engineering handoff.
  • Create journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
  • Use AI tools (Google Gemini, Figma AI, Cursor, v0, Replit, etc.) for research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and design acceleration.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components in Figma.
  • Create functional prototypes using tools like v0 and Figma Make.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards and follow modern AI design principles.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Cursor, v0, and Gemini.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, accessibility (WCAG), and AI-assisted design-to-development workflows.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred:
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.
  • Proven use of Generative AI to improve design or research workflows.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and developer collaboration.
  • Passion for experimenting with emerging AI tools and human-AI collaboration.
  • Experience with UI development would be a plus
